El personal poco efectivo en check in y check out, tardaban media hora para cualquier trámite. El hotel viejisimo , con un ascensor de dos averiado toda la estancia. La comida del bufet de desayuno y de cena muy poco variada y de poca calidad La habitacion se cae a pedazos Etc,etc

The ambience, location, scenery
It was our school mates get together, so we all came from different parts of the world. The normal fun went on till evening. When we all came to have dinner down the hotel restaurant, all wanted a particular dish which the staffs said is not available. We all said this dish being so popular must have been there, but then we said its ok and ordered for some other dish which the waiters suggested. In the middle of our dinner from nowhere the chef came and started showing his attitude for us complaining about the non-availability of the dish. He was talking nonsense & We had a small argument and we asked him to get away from us. We all were having the same confusion as to why he came in all of a sudden when we never asked for him. Any way it got resolved when the hotels operations manager Mr Roy who came and sorted. I should say, this guy was a gentleman and inturn apologized for the chefs mistake. Next day as usual we checked out, but after clearing the bills when we all sat and recalculated, we found a huge mistake in the payment we made at the reception. They have charged us more than double the amount which was due. We went and discussed and found out that its the mistake from the staff. We told them that its a serious error from their side. Its their software error i feel. What if we haven’t noticed this, our money would have been lost. No idea how many would have lost their money unknowingly. Anyway again we discussed this with the operations manager, he said they are making lot of changes and renovations, and hopefully it will be implemented soon.
